N3AVIGATE orders are to be delivered from Monday to Friday. 

2. Free Local Delivery 

This offer is valid for online orders and deliveries within Singapore.  

3. International Shipping 

Enjoy flat rate international shipping at SGD10 per orders.

4. What is the estimated delivery time?

Local Shipping - Up to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

International Shipping - Up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

N3AVIGATE will not be responsible for Customs Delays or failed payment approval 

5. Delivery Status

When an order is processed and ready to be dispatched, the customer will receive an email with delivery information such as the courier and tracking code.

6. Customs

Any customs or import duties charged once a delivery reaches its destination country is the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges, hence unable to inform in advanced what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely around the world. If a customer would like to know the cost of duties of an order, please contact the local customs office.
